Official Rules for the Global Business Hall of Fame

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO NOMINATE

How to Nominate

To submit your nomination entry to the Global Business Hall of Fame (“GBHoF”), complete the application available at https://businesshalloffame.org/nominate. Two types of nominations are permitted: 1) nomination of self, and 2) nomination of someone else (third party). The application format includes personal information, links to social networks, and essay and fillable fields. In your application, it is important to emphasize the nominee’s work and contributions relative to the JA mission and the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development. If you nominate a third party, please consult/communicate with the nominee to ensure that he or she is aware of your intention to nominate and that the nominee understands these official nomination rules.

If a nominee is identified by the Selection Committee as one of the ten finalists, Round 2 of the Nomination Application will be initiated to gather additional personal information for a background check and to schedule a brief screening with a JA Worldwide Representative.

Submissions must comply with the “Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions” defined below. JA Worldwide (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to cancel or modify this award in the event an insufficient number of entries are received that meet the minimum criteria.

A nominator should submit only one application per nominee. Multiple applications by a nominator for the same nominee will be returned and will not improve the nominee’s chances of being selected.

A nominator may nominate as many unique nominees as desired, with a focus on quality of the content of each application.
